What is remanufactured toner cartridge?
Remanufactured toner cartridges are made by third party manufacturer who take empty toner cartridges and remanufacture them so that they works like new. The Remanufactured toner cartridge products we sell has no holes cut or drilled into it and never requires that you add toner and tape it up, like some other cartridges on the market.

What is Refill kit mean ? I have never tried this refill kit. My printer is very expensiv.
A refill toner kit allows you to refill you own inkjet cartridges. Refill kits are available only for certain Panasonic, Ricoh, and Xerox cartridges which is just empty bottles that don't have any parts inside such as Drum, roller, chip.

Why do I get fewer pages out of my toner cartridge than the manufacturer claims I will get?
A toner cartridge is rated for a certain number of pages at 5% page coverage. 5% page coverage would be comparable to a very brief memo with a salutation, small body of text, and closure. Most users print pages with graphics, gray scales, lines, and larger amounts of text, which use more toner (On average 6.5 - 7% page coverage) to produce the image. Like gasoline in your car, more fuel is used when the load is heavier on the vehicle. Additionally, rated yields and actual yields often vary due to the operating environment. When you buy a new car the manufacturer states that it will get X miles per gallon. This ESTIMATE is based on optimal laboratory conditions and is usually not exceeded in normal usage situations. The typical user prints between 6.5 - 7% page coverage, which reduces the yield by about 30%. Therefore, if your toner cartridge is rated for 10,000 pages, you will most likely get 7,000 pages on average.

Will I see a difference between new/OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridge and remanufactur
NO, cartridges are remanufactured to OEM specifications. This means that quality, performance, and yield (page count) are equal to or better than OEM. Before a cartridge is delivered, it undergoes a series of rigorous tests to ensure quality. Remanufactured cartridges are virtually indistinguishable from OEM.

How about quality of a remanufactured toner cartridge, are they as good as new?
Our laser toner cartridges not only meet OEM (original equipment manufacture) specifications, they often exceed their quality standards. Our quality-controlled product begins with engineering and ends with testing. We run test prints on "all" of finished remanufactured cartridges, ensuring print quality (less than 1% defect ratio).

Our "three step testing system" ensures that we produce the best quality product possible.

  • Pre-production: Test all components, cartridges, drums and toner prior to production to ensure quality, compatibility and functionality.
  • Pre-pack testing: Before we pack finished product in boxes, we test every single cartridge (100%) in respective machine to ensure quality standards are being met.
  • Post-production testing: After packing and prior to shipping, QC department will randomly check up to 5% of all finished product

How do I know I am getting the same amount of toner and therefore page count from a Remanufactured cartridge
Toner type and quantity (in grams) is dependent upon printer / cartridge model. Remanufactures use precise toner dispensing systems called PerFil to accurately fill each cartridge with the OEM specified amount of toner. Therefore, a remanufactured cartridge will yield the same as an OEM cartridge at industry standard 5% page coverage (standard business letter). Peak performance can be achieved by adjusting the density setting and / or resolution on your printer.

Will remanufactured toner cartridge VOID my laser printer warranty?
