Return Policy

We sincerely hope that you’ll be satisfied with your purchases from However, there may be cases when you need to return items to us for various reasons. The following policies and procedures are Standard Return Policy that will apply to all orders.


Compatible and Remanufactured Toner Cartridges

If product is defective or should become defective, you can obtain a replacement within 3 months or store credit within 3 month of purchase - you must be able to provide your order number (Please note that shipping charges are not refundable).

Compatible and Remanufactured Ink Cartridges & Thermal Films

If product is defective or should become defective, you can obtain a replacement or store credit within 90 days of purchase - you must be able to provide your order number (Please note that shipping charges are not refundable). In addition, compatible thermal films carry a 8 month warranty and can be returned for a replacement 

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Cartridges

Our warranty does not cover OEM name brand cartridges (such brands like Brother, Canon, HP, Lexmark, etc…). It is cover by Original Equipment Manufacturer’s own warranties.
If OEM product is defective, please contact the manufacturer to verify Original Equipment Manufacturers’ warranty coverage.


If you wish to return products, because you have ordered the incorrect items or your customer bought new machine and previously bought product does not go with the new machine, you may still do so and have the value of the returned items (less a 15% restocking fee + any applicable fees) transferred towards replacement products. All products must be unopened and in their original packaging (This means box and packaging materials have not been damaged, missing and opened or any of cartridge seals are not broken).
Please note that we will accept products back under these conditions up to a maximum of three calendar months (90 days) from date of ordering.
Also, any product that you’ve returned to us with RMA and proven to be the non-defective after inspections or any packages refused on delivery or any returned packages with undeliverable address are subject to 15% restocking fee + any applicable fees.

If any products were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 5 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt (delivery), it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) NUMBER

To return a product you must obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
( will not accept any returns without a RMA number)
You can get this by sending us filled out the RMA request form link below and click submit then we will get back to you within 48 hours (Monday ~ Friday, except Holidays).
For faster accurate service, make sure to completely fill out the RMA form, write down RMA number on the outside of the return package and use delivery carrier that requires a signature on delivery.

*RMA number is valid for 10 Days from issuing date.
*All returns are processed, credited, or reshipped within 3~7 business days of the products arriving back to us.
*Use protective materials (our original packaging) to return cartridge safely in original condition.


Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error. 
Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of all products returned less actual shipping cost of original returned order for shipping if their entire order is returned for a refund.
